To put this simply, abuse the Chain Yanker + Yes Man Kablaam tactic (twice is enough) and Great Sensei will be down. However, you'll have to make sure that you equip the strongest punch techniques you can afford. If you have even just ONE of the godly moves (example: Jab of God), doing Chain Yanker + YMK twice should be more than enough to take him down.
